LONDON -- Dame Helen "shocked" viewers Tuesday when she swore whilst conducting a live interview for Good Morning Britain.

Talking about a camping trip with Liam Neeson (how do we sign up for these camping trips?), Mirren explained that they experienced classic British weather as it "pissed with rain non stop."

For a couple of seconds, the world stood still. Shock, horror; the Dame swore.

Here's the video of Dame Helen caught in the act, receiving the expected reaction from ITV presenters Kate Garraway and Ben Shephard.

Even the Queen swears live on tv sometimes!! @GMB @benshephard @kategarraway #HelenMirren pic.twitter.com/4FXOw4K73m— Sean O'Doherty (@soddvd) July 28, 2015

And here's what everyone else thought.

Dame Helen Mirren has to be careful - she'll get the Shaun Ryder treatment - No live TV in case she swears!! Lol @GMB— James Donnelly (@Jayke1981) July 28, 2015

Helen Mirren got told off for saying "it pissed it down" on Good Morning Britain. Is pissing REALLY swearing though? It's "ITV" swearing.— Scott Bryan (@scottygb) July 28, 2015
