Man's homemade sparklers are equally beautiful and dangerous

Although boxed sparklers can be fun for about 5.7 seconds, they tend to loose their edge after the age of 7. Regardless, don't try this experiment at home.

Using a string, a 9-volt battery as an ignition source and some steel wool, YouTube experimentalist Crazy Russian Hacker created a homemade sparkler display that's as dangerous as it is beautiful.

The light show is actually a popular trend among photographers, but we have to admit that the video is just as impressive as long exposure photographs.
