Let this be the year you're not going to go overboard with tons of lofty New Year's resolutions that you're never going to achieve. Start small. Go easy. Be honest with yourself.

You can still achieve good health and a happy life without going through some painstaking program, and you might not even have to change your lifestyle that much. Or at all. Don't change it at all. You do you.
