Geez, I just got yet another spam comment from a Web 2.0 company trying to hype up its product. This time the culprit is Kosmix, a search engine for health, travel and politics. This morning they left this overly-enthusiastic spiel over on my Weblist review:

Finally a search engine that helps me navigate through the millions of results. Google/Yahoo are good for many queries, but I oftentimes find myself spending hours re-formulating my query to find what I’m looking for. I think Kosmix is going in the right direction. Go Kosmix!

A quick check of the IP address reveals that the comment was of course left by the Kosmix guys. And then again, a few hours later:

Cool search engine…very relevant results
