HTC One Is Heading to Verizon

The HTC One is heading to Verizon, the carrier confirmed in a tweet Monday. The flagship Android smartphone is expected to arrive at Big Red later this summer.

Last week, Sundar Pichai, senior vice-president of Google's Chrome and Apps division, announced that a Google edition of the HTC One is heading to Google Play later this month. It will run pure Android, without the addition of any software by HTC.

The HTC One is already available on AT&T and Sprint, and will be released on T-Mobile later this week.
