I Love Qoop!

If you've visited my LinkedIn profile since I put it up last week (and judging by the number of connections I have, no one has!), you'll know that I darned well can't get enough of on-demand printing and publishing. Lulu.com is leading the way on this front. I'm also a massive fan of rapid prototyping of the kind Chris Anderson proposes in the Long Tail blog. I've been working on a project for the past few months for which I needed to connect with on-demand printers and book-publishers, but I didn't get my act together on it. Luckily, some lovely people at Qoop.com have stepped in at just the right time, creating the digital-to-print service that everyone's been waiting for.

Qoop will print your Flickr photos in a book or make you a full size poster. I don't know about you, but I think that's pretty neat. They also seem incredibly transparent - they actually respond to blog posts! I'd love to talk to them about what they're trying to create there, and what services they can offer for businesses. If you're reading this, Quoopers, get in touch!
