If you've ever wanted to watch Mark Zuckerberg squirm a bit, you're in luck.
Facebook's CEO became the latest public figure to pour a bucket of cold water on himself this week for the Ice Bucket Challenge, a movement to raise awareness and funding ALS, better known as Lou Gehrig's Disease. When one person goes through with it, he or she can challenge three other people to do the same within 24 hours, or else donate money instead. (Or you can donate do both.)
Zuckerberg was challenged to do it by New Jersey Governor Chris Christie. After going through with it, Zuckerberg can be heard saying, "That was really cold."
(function(d, s, id) { var js, fjs = d.getElementsByTagName(s)[0]; if (d.getElementById(id)) return; js = d.createElement(s); js.id = id; js.src = "//connect.facebook.net/en_US/all.js#xfbml=1"; fjs.parentNode.insertBefore(js, fjs); }(document, 'script', 'facebook-jssdk'));

He wasn't the first notable tech CEO to pour cold water over his head for a good cause. Twitter CEO Dick Costolo and Microsoft CEO Satya Nadella each did it this week, too.
I've made a donation to stomp out ALS. I challenge @spencerrascoff. Your turn @carlquintanilla #icebucketchallengehttps://t.co/enub9GG4mo— dick costolo (@dickc) August 13, 2014
This one's for Steve. You’re up, Jeff Bezos & Larry Page. Donate to @TeamGleason @ALSassociation. #icebucketchallenge http://t.co/HASJDg7P6k— Satya Nadella (@satyanadella) August 13, 2014
You'll likely see a few more big names in tech covered in ice water before the week is out. Zuckerberg challenged Facebook COO Sheryl Sandberg, Netflix CEO Reed Hastings and Microsoft cofounder Bill Gates to follow in his wet footsteps.
Nadella challenged Amazon founder Jeff Bezos and Google CEO Larry Page to take the plunge. And Phil Schiller, Apple's marketing chief, challenged Apple CEO Tim Cook to take the Ice Bucket Challenge as well.

UPDATE 5:10 pm ET Thursday: Facebook COO Sheryl Sandberg just took the challenge, after being prompted to by Mark Zuckerberg.
(function(d, s, id) { var js, fjs = d.getElementsByTagName(s)[0]; if (d.getElementById(id)) return; js = d.createElement(s); js.id = id; js.src = "//connect.facebook.net/en_US/all.js#xfbml=1"; fjs.parentNode.insertBefore(js, fjs); }(document, 'script', 'facebook-jssdk'));
