ikordo, the business meeting planning tool, has just added integration with Microsoft Outlook. This feature is still in private beta, and I got a chance to try it out. This new feature should be officially announced early next week. You may remember that ikordo offers several automated tools for planning meetings with a group of two people or more. You indicate dates and general availability, and invite others to join the meeting. ikordo will figure out the best time to meet using email communication with yourself and those you've invited to your meeting.
With the new Outlook integration, it makes creating meetings even easier, because it works very nicely directly from your Outlook tool. You can initiate a meeting from your contacts list, see the progress of the scheduling of your meeting, see possible meeting dates, and enjoy all the features of ikordo in your Outlook application. The biggest benefit of ikordo's integration with Outlook is that you can use it with your Outlook app, but others aren't required to have Outlook in order to participate in the scheduling of a meeting.
