What's it look like inside of a nuclear reactor? A recently released video from the Fukushima Daichi nuclear power plant in Japan can now show us.

Employees at Tokyo Electric Power Company (Tepco) sent a tiny camera inside the reactor to evaluate damage from the tsunami and earthquake that hit the region in March of last year. The video shows what appears to be rain inside the structure -- and, it is essentially much like rain. The reactor contains near-boiling water that condenses to rising vapor that falls back down to the pool.

Tepco said it found no evidence of serious damage, although in the video, you can see minor surface wear caused by the years of use and heat and humidity.

The tsunami and earthquakes in Japan nearly a year ago caused widespread disaster, and raised concerns of nuclear meltdown and radiation. This video is the first to show whether the inside of a nuclear reactor suffered serious damage.

Check out the video above to see what it looks like inside the reactor and learn more about what the camera revealed.
