Popular game Plants vs. Zombies, for example, has five points of contacts on the iPhone version, which means that you can simultaneously play with five fingers -- more than enough for iPhone's small screen. The iPad's screen, however, can accommodate more points of contact, allowing users to play Plants vs. Zombies in pairs with 11 points of contact.

It's a neat little improvement that can make a huge difference, especially if you have a kid who can't wait to take his or her turn on the device. To see how this works in practice, check out the video below.
