Mobile payment solution Square has just gotten a very serious competitor in the form of PayPal Here, a new mobile payment solution from PayPal. It consists of a card reader that plugs into your mobile phone, and can be used to accept credit card payments. It will be available for free to small business owners.

Amazon Kindle App Updated for the New iPad

Amazon has updated its Kindle app for the iPad, optimizing it for the tablet's new high resolution Retina display. The new version brings crisper fonts and a new library view which makes e-book covers look more clear and bright.
