1. The Ultimate X-Ray
Did you know that the iPhone can take X-Rays of the hands and arms? Well, it can't, but everyone else will believe it can with the Ultimate X-Ray app. This app allows you to use your iPhone and accelerometer to "take an x-ray" of a person's hand or arm. Fool your friends by scanning your own; move the iPhone across your hand to really fool people.
After they believe you, then you can tell them about that broken finger they have, or for someone with a broken hand, the exact opposite. It's deliciously cruel.
2. Fake Calls
Yes, Fake Calls does exactly as it says - it imitates you receiving a call. You can pick out who is calling, delay when the "call" actually occurs. Have President Obama give you a call requesting your help on a CIA mission.
Better yet, have the friend next to you be the one calling you, making him wonder if his phone is broken as he inspects it. He'll be confused long enough for you to set up an iFart. For those who like options, there's also the Fake-A-Call application.
3. Pranktionary
If you're just not that creative, and need some ideas for pranks, then it's time to turn to Pranktionary, a $0.99 iPhone app that can randomly suggest pranks for the home, the office, or for that lovely date you're going on tomorrow. Pranktionary includes directions for executing the prank as well as materials needed.
4. Mister Prank
Mister Prank is a simple iPhone application that mimics the functionality of online soundboards. It has a series of pre-recorded phrases to use in lieu of you talking on the phone.
It's not as hilarious as having Arnold Schwarzenegger calling you, but it's still just as confusing when a random voice screams about Chicken McNuggets.
5. iFart
What iPhone app prank list would be complete without one of the most popular applications to ever grace the iPhone? iFart does just as it says: it creates fart sounds by pressing a single button on the iPhone. It doesn't just make one fart sound either, but has a vast library to fit any situation. There is also a fart timer for the sneak attack.
