Orange will be selling the phone in all Orange shops, the Orange website, and through selected partners. Although the release date, pricing and tariff options have not been announced, interested customers can pre-register here.

This ends the exclusivity agreement that carrier O2 has had with Apple since the iPhone was launched in the U.K. in November of 2007. It also brings Orange's iPhone count to 28 countries and territories.
This is an interesting move, as it signals that Apple is becoming more comfortable with moving away from carrier exclusivity deals. Right now, the U.S., Canada, Span and Germany remain as the major countries where the iPhone has a presence with only one carrier option.
