Helicopters swoop in to attack an armor-less Tony Stark at his California mansion in new Iron Man 3 footage released at the MTV Movie Awards. The billionaire hero summons a prototype suit to defend himself, but it doesn't appear to be much help during the attack -- presumably orchestrated by the Mandarin, a villain hellbent on ruining Stark's personal life.
Iron Man 3 stars Robert Downey Jr., Gwyneth Paltrow, Don Cheadle, Guy Pearce, Rebecca Hall, Stephanie Szostak, James Badge Dale, Jon Favreau and Ben Kingsley.
The film arrives in theaters on May 3.
