J.J. Abrams did more than just show-off the next Star Wars trailer on Thursday. The Star Wars: Episode VII - The Force Awakens director also subtly showed off his new Apple Watch.
Eagle-eyed livestream viewers noticed that Abrams was wearing an Apple Watch. Based on Mashable's extensive screenshot analysis, we can ascertain that Abrams is wearing the stainless steel Apple Watch with a midnight blue modern leather buckle.

Although Apple only offers the midnight blue leather stainless steel buckle in the 38mm size, it looks like Abrams might be wearing a 42mm model. It could be that Abrams gets a special band -- he is buddies with Jony Ive after all. He could also just have small wrists.
Abrams is just the latest celebrity to be spotted wearing the Apple Watch. Drake was sporting one at Coachella, Pharrell Williams was wearing one on The Voice and famed designer Karl Lagerfeld has a custom yellow gold link bracelet Apple Watch.
