Jack Sparrow's piracy on the high seas is finally over. At least, after the next decade or so of Pirates sequels.

It seems that Johnny Depp, in full costume as Sparrow, was visited by a few Australian police officers while on the set of Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Men Tell No Tales. The happy group took a photo together, though it seems odd for police to be making friends with a known outlaw of the ocean.

Depp hasn't exactly had the best relationship with Australian authority as of late. After the actor snuck his two dogs, Pistol and Boo, into the country illegally, the Australian government threatened to have the animals euthanized if they weren't removed within 50 hours.

On May 17, Depp had the terriers removed from the country on a private plane.

From the looks of things, everything is cool between Jack Sparrow and the Australian government again. Either that or Sparrow is playing this one very close to the chest and has a long con in the works.
