9-year-old Jacob Tremblay took home the Critics' Choice Award for Best Young Performer for his work in Room on Sunday night, and more importantly, our hearts.

The actor had a little assistance speaking into the microphone from British actor Bradley James, who made an adjustment for the tiny star. Tremblay thanked his parents and Team Room before assuring the audience that the award will have a loving home next to his Millennium Falcon.

The actor celebrated by spending the night rubbing elbows with some of Hollywood's hottest stars, like BB-8. He's really into Star Wars.

He also got to show off his light saber skills with comedian and Silicon Valley actor T.J. Miller, which wasn't quite as cool as when he hung out with Oscar Isaac at the Golden Globes, but it was still pretty sweet.

And perhaps most impressively, Tremblay did the impossible -- he made "Uptown Funk" tolerable again, ripping up the dance floor.
