If you're having trouble locking down a plus-one for this year's holiday parties, Saturday Night Live has a solution: "Grow-a-Guy."

Host James Franco emerges from the Grow-a-Guy kit as a screaming baby. Of course, O'Brien has to be sure to teach his newly grown friend all the key knowledge to pass as a real human, including lessons on Twitter, high fives and Guardians of the Galaxy.
