The latest paparazzo to publish photos of James Franco is James Franco.
The actor started posting scandalous shots of himself to his Instagram account Tuesday in an apparent parody of gossip and news websites.
The first photo is a collage of Franco making out with a blond woman in a car. The image mocks blogger Perez Hilton's signature sloppy Microsoft Paint edits. The hand-drawn text reads, "Franco Tryst! Who's the guurl?" It's lovingly signed "Perez Hilton" in hot pink.
The 35-year-old actor mocked Just Jared next. Franco wrote "Look closely MR. ROADHEAD!" over more photos of himself with the woman. While Franco sits in the driver's seat, the woman simulates oral sex.
In a third photo, posted on Wednesday, Franco stitched together three photos of himself with another man, whose face has been blacked out and replaced with a neon green question mark. Franco wraps his arm around the man, and the pair are seen holding hands and kissing. The collage is edited with the caption "Just a Franco Afternoon" and a scribbled heart. The Gawker-inspired photo is tagged with "#Jamesfrancotv in love?????? #gawker.com #gay."
Amid the parody shots, Franco has found time to post photos of himself with Arcade Fire and with the cast of The Mindy Project. Franco previously used Instagram's video feature to announce his Comedy Central roast.
