LONDON -- Nothing says "I support you" quite like getting someone's face permanently inked onto your body.

British politician and Labour party leader Jeremy Corbyn seems an unlikely candidate to immortalise in ink, but one student has taken the leap and dropped into an Australian tattoo parlour in a display of his seemingly deep devotion.

The astonishing piece of artwork was shared on Twitter by a friend of Keirran Horsfield, the tattoo's owner. Keirran told Buzzfeed News that he's “been a Corbyn supporter even when he was an obscure rebellious backbencher and he’s a man with a lot to offer British politics." How sweet.

Despite all of his good intentions, Keirran's tattoo bears a significant resemblance to a number of people that definitely aren't Jeremy Corbyn. Here are just a few of them.

1. Bill Bailey.

Yes, the man famed for narrating that 1973 TV series The Wombles is now etched onto Keirran Horsfield's back.

In 30 years time, Keirran can rest safe knowing that his political statement will pass for Great Uncle Paul.

4. Game Of Thrones religious leader, The High Sparrow.

In many ways, Jeremy Corbyn and The High Sparrow are one and the same.

5. Obi Wan Kenobi.

Well, duh.
