"Hello... Obama."

White House photographer Pete Souza gave America a belated Festivus surprise on Wednesday: An epic photo of comedian Jerry Seinfeld knocking on the Oval Office window as President Barack Obama solemnly works away like the master of his domain that he is.

No word yet on whether Obama greeted Seinfeld with the same disdain as Seinfeld's archenemies, Newman.

The photo was snapped on Dec. 7 when Seinfeld came to the White House to shoot his new series, Comedians in Cars Getting Coffee, in which he drives around with other comedians — or, in this case, the president.

The image is part of Souza's annual roundup of his favorite photos of the year.

The episode with Obama airs Wednesday night at 11:30 p.m. EST on Crackle, the free streaming network from Sony Pictures Television.
