Jesse Tyler Ferguson Can't Get a Date as 'First Gay Bachelor'

The Bachelor has graced our televisions with trashy reality show romance for 17 seasons and counting. The show also spawned two successful spin-offs with The Bachelorette and Bachelor Pad.

But now, Funny or Die has dreamed up another potential spin-off for the series. Behold, The First Gay Bachelor with Jesse Tyler Ferguson and George Takei.

The parody stars Modern Family's Jesse Tyler Ferguson as the show's leading bachelor and George Takei of Star Trek and Internet fame as the show's illustrious host.

When Ferguson meets the contestants for the first time, he quickly realizes that they seem to have greater interest in one another than in the bachelor himself. Frustrated and left out, Ferguson's plan to find a boyfriend hilariously falls apart.
