Fans of the late comedian Joan Rivers saw an odd message on her Facebook Page Friday morning that appeared to be a plug for the new iPhones.

The status update was quickly pulled. The account has a little more than 1 million followers.

TMZ, which spotted the status update, speculated that it was "clearly the result of a pre-negotiated deal with Apple."
