Rep. Joe Garcia (D- Fla.) did what no human should do in public (or ever, really) -- he picked his ear and ate it.
It all went down during a House Judiciary Committee markup on May 7, during which Garcia was being recorded live on C-SPAN. He was obviously very hungry, but we'd recommend eating an actual lunch rather than your own ear wax.
