John Lennon's Solo Discography Now Available on Spotify
Beatle John Lennon and his wife Yoko Ono in 1969.

Spotify landed its third Beatle with Tuesday's announcement that the streaming service is adding the complete solo works of John Lennon to its catalog.

The collection spans The Beatles icon's eight studio albums released between 1970 and 1984, including the Plastic Ono Band, Imagine and Mind Games, along with three official compilation sets. Not included are the three albums Lennon recorded with his wife Yoko Ono prior to 1970: Two Virgins, Life With the Lions and Wedding Album.

With the addition of Lennon's canon, Spotify now offers the complete solo works of three of the four Beatles members, with full discographies of Paul McCartney and Ringo Starr, but only a few assorted songs available from George Harrison.

However, all music by the Beatles is still conspicuously absent from the service due to an exclusive deal the band's rights holders signed with iTunes in 2010. When asked by Billboard about acquiring the rights to the band's music, the company declined to comment.

Here's a full list of the albums being added:
