Internet revelry has given us many joys, from LOL Cats to the Harlem Shake. Not everyone gets these in-jokes, however. In fact, it makes some of those intimately involved a little gruff.
While shooting a recent episode of the Dailymotion/Mashable series That Was Me, we asked legendary visual effects creator Phil Tippett what he thinks of the enduring meme "ONE JOB, PHIL" — inspired by his “Dinosaur Supervisor” credit on Jurassic Park. While Tippett seems none too happy, our Mashable staff and meme manager Ben Lashes express a debt of gratitude for Phil's inadvertent Internet legacy.
