2014 has not been kind to Justin Bieber.
The teenage pop star was charged with driving under the influence, resisting arrest and driving without an expired driver's license in Miami Beach, Fla., on Thursday, according to Miami Beach police.
Bieber was allegedly uncooperative after he was pulled over. According to police report, Bieber said, "What the f*ck did I do? Why did you stop me?" When the police officer informed 19-year-old singer that a "cursory pat down" was required, Bieber responded, “I ain’t got no f*cking weapons. Why do you have to search me? What the f*ck is this about?”

The report adds that Bieber refused to exit his car or remove his hands from his pockets.
Bieber was released from Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Center in Miami around 2 p.m. ET Thursday, after posting a "standard" $2,500 bail, issued by Miami Beach Judge Joseph Farina. According to CNN, the singer "briefly sat on top of a black Cadillac Escalade, where he waved to screaming fans, before he was chauffeured away."
Bieber, who appeared in front of the judge via video dressed in an orange jail uniform, was represented in court by attorney Roy Black.
Bieber was pulled over around 4 a.m. ET on Pine Tree Drive and 26th Street in a yellow rented Lamborghini after a police officer saw the car racing a red Ferrari. The cars were speeding by at 55 to 60 mph in a 30 mph zone, according to Miami Beach Police Chief Raymond Martinez. Bieber was accompanied by a woman in the car, and his entourage had blocked off the streets for the race.
Upon arrest, Bieber "made some statements that he had consumed some alcohol, and that he had been smoking marijuana and consumed some prescription medication," Martinez said.

Bieber has had his share of controversy over the last several weeks. He surprised his fans on Christmas Day by announcing an early retirement (a joke). Last week, his house in California was raided after he threw eggs on a neighbor's house.
Throughout the week, Bieber has reported partying in Florida. TMZ claims the singer was "making it rain" in a Miami strip club, throwing around $75,000 in $1 bills.
