Justin Bieber, human puppy, has adopted a tiny black pup named Phil to give his life purpose. You can just see these partners in crime, tails between their legs, sorry for all the trouble they've gotten themselves into.
Hopefully Phil has been trained to piss in buckets at nightclubs, just like his owner.
