Kannuu took the lid off their new mobile search product at DEMOfall today. Available for immediate use, Kannuu is a new type of interface for searching via mobile devices. All it requires is that the device have four directional buttons and you're ready to go. The application will show up on a screen as a four-point diamond shape, with each point displaying the most popular letters in the database. In the center will be the Kannuu logo which can take you to the next set of letters.
Using Partial Word Completion, Kannuu looks to make searching faster and more accurate. The service currently offers a mobile search engine, as well as tools specifically for browsing music, shopping sites, social networks, and tools for sharing GPS information.
