If you're confused as to what actress Kate Winslet was doing on a cliff in Wales in the first place, here's a big clue: Bear Grylls was involved.

As part of the latest episode of Running Wild with Bear Grylls -- a series that involves the British survival-expert taking various celebrities on mud-streaked adventures -- Grylls took Winslet for a trip along the Welsh coast, which finished with her abseiling face-first down a cliff.

After Grylls asked Winslet to let go of the rope and said he'd got her, the next step was pretty clear-cut. "Jack, I feel like I'm flying!" yelled Winslet, before Bear responded, "Kate, do you trust me?"

The homage lasted for just a few seconds, though, and then Kate seemed keen to return to solid ground, shouting: "Right come on, get me down this f*cking thing!"
