Eccentric "Roar" singer Katy Perry pledged to contribute an anthem to Hillary Clinton's presidential campaign if the former U.S. Secretary of State declares her candidacy.
After picking up a copy of Clinton's memoir Hard Choices and snapping a photo with Clinton at one of the book's recent tour stops, Perry (the most-followed person on Twitter) tweeted the moment to her nearly 54 million followers.
The tweet even attracted a rare mention from Clinton's Twitter account.

Perry, who is fresh off of launching launching her own record label, is already featured in a Ready For Hillary Super PAC video, which is propelled by her Grammy-nominated "Roar."
But, really, when you think about it, Perry's songs are just Hillary Clinton anthems waiting to be used.
"Firework"? Yup. "Like a lightning bolt, your heart will glow," Perry sings. "And when it's time you'll know. You just gotta ignite the light and let it shine."
