This couple has the original recipe for love.

Newlyweds Louis and Ashleigh Davis of Whangarei, New Zealand, made a pit stop at Louis' favorite fast food restaurant on the way from their wedding ceremony to their reception on Saturday. While having a snack, the couple, of course, took a moment for a photo op.

Surrounded by their adoring wedding party, photographer and videographer, the couple shared a kiss in the Kentucky Fried Chicken parking lot. It looks like it was a truly magical (and delicious) moment.

A passerby took the first photo in front of the restaurant, which Louis changed to his profile picture before they arrived at the reception.

According to Buzzfeed, Louis is a frequent KFC diner, eating there almost three times a week. Ashleigh, however, has different tastes.

"She’s really into trying ethnic cuisines: when we go out I tend to pick something safe, and then pick up a KFC on the way home," Louis told Buzzfeed.

Apparently, Louis has KFC on the brain even when there's wedding cake to be had.
