Nothing says totalitarian dictator like an adorable, plastic tea set.

North Korean leader Kim Jong-un is back, and here are the photos to prove it. Since his mysterious disappearance after a so-called ankle injury, Jong-un decided one of his first appearances should, of course, be a photo op in what seems to be a totally empty orphanage. Of course.

Still walking around with a cane, Jong-un visited a strangely clean ball pit. Quite possibly the cleanest ball pit in the world.

He romped around a strangely clean kiddie pool area. It doesn't look like he was ready to dip his toes in quite yet. Although, that inflateable swan looks tempting.

He checked out some strangely clean cribs. Empty cribs that do not look like they have actually been slept in by children.

He took a quick break to enjoy a little tea time in a strangely neat and tidy play room.

You can't deny that smile. Kim Jong-un was the happiest dictator in the world.
