North Korean leader Kim Jong Un wants lobster, and he wants it now.

During an inspection of a turtle farm in Taedonggang on the outskirts of Pyongyang, Kim was disappointed to find that the farm had not successfully bred freshwater lobster among several other "serious shortcomings," according to

He "reproached" the farm for not doing enough to produce the freshwater lobster for the sake of the country, according to the report issued Monday. Kim's Worker's Party of Korea apparently sent the farm freshwater lobsters two years ago so that it might breed them, and things aren't going exactly as planned.

Kim took special offense to the lack of lobster as 2015 marks the 70th anniversary of the founding of the Worker's Party of Korea (WPK) and the shortcomings could result in "grave consequences as impairing the prestige of the party."

"All service personnel and people of the country are working hard round the clock to make good presents to the 70th founding anniversary of the WPK but he could hardly understand with what success the officials and employees of the farm would like to greet the October festival," read the report.

A lavish state celebration is expected on October 10 to mark the founding of the North Korean state. Since the isolated country doesn't have much international trade, it's expected that most of the food for the celebration will have to be produced inside the country.

Kim did not seem to hold back in his wrath against the turtle farm.

"He strongly criticized the shortcoming of its officials as a manifestation of incompetence, outmoded way of thinking and irresponsible work style," read the report.

Kim also suggested some ways to remedy the issue, including installing cameras for "monitoring the interior of the breeding ground" and document any needed adjustments.

The Taedonggang Terrapin Farm was a personal initiative of his father and predecessor Kim Jong Il who "exerted efforts to provide the people with tasty and nutritious terrapin widely known as precious tonic from olden times" according to KCNA.
