Canadian intimates retailer Knix Wear has made a bra you don’t need to tear off the second you get home from work.

The Evolution bra, which will come in sizes 32A to 38DD and retail at $55, is made to be worn during any and all activities. "The idea was to create a bra we could wear to the office and then the gym," Grifiths explains. "Something that evolved with us throughout our busy days."

It comes with two adjustable straps allowing for eight wearable options in one, is reversible and has four-way stretch and seam-free construction that molds to your shape without any underwire.

Currently on Kickstarter, the bra has earned $90,389 at the time of writing, with an initial goal of $30,000. The campaign has 31 days left before expiration.

Founder Joanne Griffiths originally started the company when she realized women’s undergarments were all about design, not pure functionality.

"I noticed that lingerie had a lot of frill, and not enough function and felt that women everywhere were being underserved," she tells Mashable.

The bra is crafted with high performance fabric that is anti-microbial and anti-odor to keep your bra fresh. It purportedly wicks away moisture and dries quickly to move sweat away from the body.

Knix Wear became well known for its high-tech women’s underwear funded by Indiegogo campaign in 2013. After selling over 100,000 pairs of underwear to women, they decided to move onto bras.

The bras have been tested on over 70 women of all different cup sizes doing different physical activities from hiking and yoga to sleeping and dancing.

If Knix Wear hits its stretch goals on Kickstarter, the team will extend sizing and create a slightly lined version of the bra.

"We have created a product that women have been waiting for," Griffiths says. "The bra, like it’s construction, is a chameleon: part fashion, part function, part everyday, part sports bra."
