We all knew that SNL was going to pull the Star Wars card with Adam Driver as this week's host -- but few viewers probably anticipated that the sketch would double as a crossover with CBS's Undercover Boss.

Well, here we are.

In the sketch, Kylo Ren is just your average boss who wants to get to know his employees a little better. The problem? His alter ego "Matt" doesn't exactly fit in, nor is he very good at covering his true identity.

At one point, he asks his fellow workers: "What do you guys think of Kylo Ren? Do you guy believe him when he says he's going to finish what Darth Vader started?" Totally smooth.

Things go further south when "Matt" learns exactly what it's like to be an underling and gets some candid feedback from his employees. He is not pleased. Spoiler: People die.
