The hills are alive with the sound of Gaga.

The Sound of Music celebrates its 50th anniversary this year, so the Academy tapped Lady Gaga to pay homage to the iconic musical, naturally. On Sunday night, the diva performed a beautiful, yet unsettlingly normal, medley to the classic songs from the film.

We then said so long, farewell to Gaga as Julie Andrews arrived to discuss her memories from the film.

"I can speak for everyone connected with the movie when I say we all really felt blessed to be a part of it," Andrews said. "How lucky can a girl get?"

The tribute was undoubtedly one of our favorite things from the night.
