Leap Day (Feb. 29) only comes every four years, but some couples actively choose this day to get married. The jokes about "only having to remember your anniversary every four years" are easy to make, but for these people, having such a rare day makes it all the more special. Mashable went to the City Clerk's office in Manhattan to find out what made today the best day in their eyes.
