LeBron James is the world's greatest basketball player -- at this point, there's no room for debate and disagreeing with that statement is akin to copping to not knowing the game.
But he never ceases to amaze. LeBron's latest jaw-dropping highlight came in Tuesday night's game against the Milwaukee Bucks when he completed the extremely rare one-man alley-oop.
Leading a two-on-one break in the first quarter, LeBron jumped, faked a pass to a teammate on his right, switched the ball with his left hand, bounced it off the backboard, landed, jumped again, then completed the play with a right-handed slam.
It's a ridiculous play and immediately set the world of basketball Twitter into a tizzy. Less than a day later, the NBA's official YouTube upload has 200,000 views -- watch for yourself at the top of this post.
Of course, LeBron isn't the first player to pull off this insane play, but here's the craziest thing -- even high school kids are doing it these days.
Here's a play high school senior Rondae Jefferson made in December:
And here's one fellow senior Aaron Gordon pulled off earlier this month at practice for the McDonald's All-American game in Chicago:
Next season, Gordon and Jefferson will join forces as freshman teammates at the University of Arizona. So, that's a bit of bad news for 11 of the Pac-12's basketball fan bases.
