Theatrical 'LeBroning' Meme Roasts NBA's King of Flop

Let's get this out of the way first: Flopping (that's exaggerating the effects of contact to elicit a foul call from officials, for you noobs) is an NBA epidemic. Name a star -- pretty much everyone does it.

But LeBron James flops are the funniest flops, as evidenced in the video atop this post. Is it his hammy, awkward overacting? The sheer ridiculousness of the best player on the planet trying to con his way into an extra edge? Either way, the LeBron flop has birthed a comedic new sports meme.

It's called "LeBroning" and it's simple and easy to try for yourself. First, walk up to an unsuspecting stranger. Then make the lightest contact with their person (advanced LeBroners can make no contact at all but create the illusion of contact). Then, finally, fall to the ground in as ostentatious a manner as possible, as if felled by an invisible bullet. But don't forget the most important step: Filming your flop then posting it to the Internet for all to see!
