Our latest look at TT Games' Lego Dimensions is all about Scooby Doo and his munchies-seeking pal Shaggy -- who, it's worth mentioning, sounds really odd without Casey Kasem's voice.
The pair is transported into a world of Legos when they get a pizza that's accompanied by a mysterious package containing a cartoon version of the actual game's USB-powered portal. Or maybe the pizza just came with extra mushrooms?
The trailer forgoes narrative cohesion in favor of a montage featuring the Mystery, Inc. team and their Mystery Machine van in an assortment of familiar settings, from Oz's Emerald City to the New York metropolis that the Ghostbusters call home. There's even a brief flash at the 1:25 mark of Scooby and Shaggy running around in a Legofied take of the arcade classic Gauntlet.
