Little did Leonard Nimoy know that after he first said “Live long and prosper” in Star Trek: The Original Series, the phrase was to follow him for the rest of his life.
Nimoy, known to generations of Star Trek fans as Mr. Spock, died Friday morning at his home in Bel Air, Los Angeles. He was 83.
