PETA's newest spokeswoman wears fur -- and the animal advocacy group is totally cool with it.
Lil Bub has taken on the role of PETA spokescat, promoting animal adoption, spaying and neutering. The famous Internet feline is basically the new Bob Barker and she wants pet owners to come on down and help put an end to animal homelessness.
The perma-kitten with an irresistible face knows all about the consequences of animal overpopulation. Bub was born to a stray and suffered medical issues, but found a loving home through adoption. She has since become a web celeb and movie star and used her fame to help other animals through fundraisers and donations.
Bub follows in the paw steps of rescued pup and The Artist star Uggie, who has also promoted pet adoption for PETA.
