Lindsay Lohan made a bad choice: Sharon Tate edition

Paying tribute to Sharon Tate is sweet in theory. A lot of things involving Lindsay Lohan are great in theory.

But Lindsay Lohan dressing up as Sharon Tate to celebrate the birthday of Charles Manson, the man who orchestrated her gruesome murder was definitely a bad choice.

Lohan posted the selfie of her self in her finest 1960s garb on Nov. 12, the day Manson turned 81. He is currently serving nine life sentences in California.

Of course, this could just be a case of unfortunate timing.

Let's also give mankind the benefit of the doubt and assume that not everyone knows when Charles Manson's birthday is.

There is no specific reference to Lohan's Instagram caption, unless he's a behind the #hippieWINTERCHIC movement.
