When Republican presidential hopeful Donald Trump gave out Sen. Lindsey Graham's cellphone number during a campaign event in South Carolina on Wednesday and urged his supporters to give Graham a call, Graham didn't flip out.

Instead, he offered an epic rebuttal in the form of a one-minute video called "How to Destroy Your Cell Phone With Sen. Lindsey Graham."

Speaking at a rally in Sun City, Trump questioned Graham's intelligence: "He doesn’t seem like a very bright guy," he said, and then read out a telephone number that began with 202, an area code in Washington, D.C.

Graham's video ends with a simple message for Trump. "This is for all the veterans," he says, before tossing away the phone.

Graham tweeted that he was ready for an upgrade:

It was time for an upgrade anyway. https://t.co/zLSctCxEil @ijreview— Lindsey Graham (@LindseyGrahamSC) July 22, 2015
