LinkedIn, the popular business networking social site, is adding a couple of new features that will allow you to access your network updates faster and easier.

For those of you on the go, LinkedIn has added easier access via the iPhone/iPod touch. [img src="http://sale-online.click/wp-content/uploads/2008/03/linkediniphone.jpg" caption="" credit="" alt="LinkedIn iPhone"]They have added a small JavaScript library that works with AJAX loading in the background to make for speedier usage even on a slower network. (One could assume this a softly-dealt jab towards the iPhone's restriction to a poky EDGE network.) You can now send messages to your connections, set status updates, browse the connections of your connections and email your connections directly from your iPhone or iPod touch.
