Creating an RSS-based newsletter with MailChimp starts as you might expect – by entering the URL of your site’s RSS feed. From there, like other email newsletter builders such as Constant Contact or Mad Mimi, MailChimp lets you setup mailing lists, choose from a number of design templates (or customize the HTML), and deliver your campaign. Every day, MailChimp will check your RSS feed for new content, and will automatically send out a newsletter unless you haven’t updated. Here’s what a sample newsletter for Mashable looks like:
