Job searching. You can't live with it, you can't live without it. It's one of those things that can send your heart soaring after being vetted for exciting opportunities and at the same time, has the capacity to crush your hopes, dreams and aspirations in a single rejection email.
Why does job searching drive us so crazy? Every professional has to go through it and they quickly learn it's a game of who you more than what you know. Moreover, what makes the challenge even more difficult for even the most prestigious professionals is chasing a job they're actually passionate about. No one wants to get stuck at a 9-5 that they can't stand. What does it take to cut the fluff and chase down (and actually acquire) your dream job?
