Who knew 'balancing' a baby would inspire a Photoshop battle?

Don't hold babies like this.

A suspicious picture posted Wednesday by redditor OprahStoleMyTV, shows a man unwisely holding a baby upright by one foot. Even if this is not a real picture, it will still give questionable parents everywhere bad ideas.

Does the baby really have this level of stable balance or is it the result of some Photoshop magic?
