Welcome to the latest round of "Who's Suing YouTube Now?", the guessing game that's fun for all the family. The latest to file against YouTube: David Grisman, a mandolin player who once performed with the Grateful Dead.
Grisman's company Dawg Music sued YouTube on May 10th in a federal court in San Francisco, with a claim about abuse of copyright. YouTube has a "massive arsenal of misappropriated copyrighted material" and a "deliberate strategy" to encourage copyright infringement, the complaint says.
